It is important to ensure Productivity Plus payments are sent to the below addresses. Beginning October 1st, 2023, all regular mail payments received at the former Citibank address will be returned uncashed to the sender and no longer forwarded. If this occurs, it will cause payment posting delays and may result in additional fees and costs to your account.
All Productivity Plus payments should be mailed to the following address:

CANADA ONLINE BILL PAY INSTRUCTIONS
Sign on to your online banking platform and select Pay a Bill or Bill Payment Option
1. To Add Payee/Bill
- Search using: CNH Capital Canada Accounts
- Select this payee/bill
- Enter reference number (18-digit account number located on your billing statement)
- Enter description
- Follow prompts to save payee or bill
2. To Update/Delete a Payee/Bill
- Select Modify or Delete a bill
- Select a payee or bill to delete
- Follow prompts to remove the payee or bill from your online banking
3. To Make a Payment
- Select CNH Capital Canada Accounts
- Enter payment amount
- Enter frequency
- Select payment date
- Follow prompts to submit payment
